Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in conceptualizing, planning, implementing and supervising A&P events for the Shopping Mall.
  • Liaise with tenants on the A&P opportunities within the Shopping Mall and coordinate tenant's participation.
  • Manage and coordinate all ad-hoc activities within the Shopping Mall.
  • Liaise and coordinate with event organizers in organising and running the A&P events.
  • Responsible for leasing of promotional spaces and ensuring tenants/vendors abide to the terms and conditions set by the Management on Promotional Spaces.
  • Coordination of advertising and promotional programmes, website, and social media network updates.
  • Coordinate and manage media and public interest to generate coverage, maintain awareness and answer enquiries.
  • Liaises with suppliers, printers, tenants & internal support departments on preparation & execution of marketing communication materials and external parties on brand enquiries.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships and contacts internally and externally, including the press, media and industry bodies.
  • Assist in drafting brand aligned copy, write up and copywriting for collaterals like social media, website, press kits, press release, brand, product and etc.
 
Job Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • Experience in retail or shopping mall management would be an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and able to multi-task.
  • Creative, responsible, pleasant disposition.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
